This End User License Agreement governs your use of Soft Help Guru software. Please read carefully before installation and use.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Soft Help Guru . ("Licensor") for the Soft Help Guru software product ("Software"), which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
This EULA represents the entire agreement concerning the Software between you and the Licensor, and it supersedes any prior proposal, representation, or understanding between the parties.
Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
Your license key is unique to your license and must not be shared, distributed, or used on more computers than permitted by your license type.
You may NOT:
Personal licenses are strictly for non-commercial use. Any commercial use requires a Business or Enterprise license. Commercial use includes using the Software in any business, commercial enterprise, or revenue-generating activity.
The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of the Licensor.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.
The Software may include third-party components that are subject to separate license terms. These components are identified in the Software documentation or about section.
The Licensor may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, or new versions of the Software. Updates may be installed automatically or may require manual installation. Your continued use of updated Software is subject to this EULA.
Support services vary by license type:
Free updates are provided for the period specified in your license. After this period, you may need to purchase an update subscription or new license to receive continued updates.
The Licensor warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. This warranty is void if failure of the Software has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
You acknowledge that no software is completely error-free and that you use the Software at your own risk. We strongly recommend creating backups of your important data before using the Software.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
THE LICENSOR'S ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE, AT THE LICENSOR'S OPTION, EITHER:
IN NO CASE SHALL THE LICENSOR'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
You may terminate this EULA at any time by destroying all copies of the Software in your possession or control.
This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
Upon termination of this EULA, your right to use the Software ceases immediately. Sections relating to ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of this EULA shall remain in full force and effect.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor relating to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
This EULA may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized representative of the Licensor, or by the Licensor's posting of a revised version.
