By downloading, installing, or using Soft Help Guru software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Total PC Clean Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Software and related services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

The Software and all related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software.
The Software may include third-party components subject to separate license terms. These components are identified in the Software documentation or about section.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us become our property and may be used to improve the Software without compensation to you.
Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Software may collect anonymous usage data to help us improve performance and user experience. You can opt out of data collection in the Software settings.
We do not access, collect, or transmit your personal files or sensitive data stored on your computer.
We warrant that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with its documentation for 30 days from the date of purchase. This is your sole warranty.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
You acknowledge that computer software may contain bugs and that you use the Software at your own risk. We recommend creating backups before using cleaning features.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies in your possession.
We may terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination.
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates may be installed automatically or require manual installation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Software or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Software or related services at any time with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco County, California for any matters not subject to arbitration.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
